Contract Type: Lumpsum contract

1.                Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Planning & Development Board under TA-component of Program Support Unit (PSU), Punjab Resource Improvement & Digital Effectiveness (PRIDE) Program intends to engage the services of supplier / firm for “Providing & Installation of i) Smart Laptops =25 Nos, ii) Laptops i7 =100 Nos and  iii) Laptops i5 =84 Nos” through single stage one envelop bidding process as defined in World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.

2.                  Program Implementation Unit (PIU) invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for above referred procurement of goods. Bidding will be conducted through national open competitive procurement using a Request for Bids and open to all eligible bidders as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.

3.                  Interested bidders may obtained further information from the client at the address given below and can download the advertisement and bidding documents from websites i.e; www.piu.punjab.gov.pk and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

4.                  Bids must be delivered to the address given below on or before 1100 hours on 5th September, 2023. The bids will be publicly open on same date at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders’ representative who choose to attend.

5.                  All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to PKR= 2,000,000/- in shape of pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee in the name of Program Director, Program Implementation Unit, Planning & Development Board.
