The Government of Punjab acquired funds through Govt. of Pakistan from the World Bank under the contract for Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) and intends to require the services of key professional staff as individual Consultants.

Medical Doctor with Postgraduate Qualification in Public Health/ Medical Administration / Health Management or Equivalent
|
- At least, ten (10) years of documentary verifiable experience including two years of Project Management Experience for implementation of field-based Projects.
- Preference will be given to candidate having health related Program’s Experience.
- Experience of working in development Projects, preferably foreign assisted projects will be preferred.

MBBS / MD With Post Graduation in Health Discipline (Public Health / Health Economics / Healthcare management) from a foreign or local University, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan
|
- At least, Seven (07) years of documentary verifiable experience working in health Projects with minimum three years of experience after acquiring post-graduation in areas described in the scope of work. The Specific experience shall be in developing and implementing population and family planning/ reproductive health operations.
- Experience of producing technically supporting guidelines / training materials in health sector will be required.
- Experience of working in development Projects, preferably foreign assisted projects will be preferred.

- This vacancy is post specific and non-transferable.
- The selection of consultant will be in accordance with Section-VII Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2025 (Six Edition February,2025).
- Female and transgender candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates may be called for interview (In-person/Virtual) if required, No TADA shall be given.
- Candidates already working in Government /semi government/autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Only the degrees issued by the university/institutes recognized by the HEC or Reputed foreign University with HEC equivalence will be considered.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after due date / closing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
- Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for Interview.
- Final Terms & Conditions of appointment shall be settled on the actual date of appointment.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate.
- Candidates shall produce all original documents, along with a set of attested photocopies of all relevant (verifiable) documents, at the date/time of interview to be communicated by Health & Population Department.
- Expression of Interest (EOI) complete in all respects should reach the office of the “Program Director, Punjab Family Planning Program, 05 Montgomery Road, Lahore by 09th May, 2025 (Friday) positively (during office hours).
