ComentarThe backlog situation in FBH is still an issue, although it is improving. The % of unresolved cases in FBH is at 3.7% andconcentrated in the Tuzla court. In the RS, registration of mortgages is completed within one day for 53% of the cases. In theFBH, 39% of all transactions are completed within one day and 21% are completed within 2-5 days.End target value probably too optimistic, especially when taking into account the very high increase in real estate marketactivityover the period.

ComentarAccording to the 2010 Social Survey:Measures on Accuracy: Comparing the data from 2007 and 2010 to that of 2005 shows an increasein the number of visits that end in less than half of one hour; 49.4% of respondents in 2005, 59.6% in 2007 and 56.9% ofrespondentsin 2010 had visits which lasted less than half of one hour. This improvement has occurred in land registry offices inFB&H where visits lasted between half an hour and an hour. The citizens required fewer visits to the land registry office in orderto resolve acertain problem/issue. In 2007 and 2010 surveys, only very few respondents stated that they did not receive theservice they askedfor in the land registry office at all. Most respondents stated that the given service had been provided to themcompletely (60.4%). Also, a significant percentage of respondents state that they are partially satisfied with the receivedservices (33.4%). There is an evident trend in the increase of satisfaction with services received in the municipality cadastres. In 2005 a third of respondents (30.1%) expressed satisfaction with received services, while this year over a half of respondents(52.8%) stated that they are very satisfied with the services given to them in the cadastre. Measures regarding transparency:Compared to the 2005 survey when the respondents were asked whether they, in addition to general fees that accompany specificprocedures, had to set aside resources for other informal expenses where 12.6% of respondents answered in the affirmative, in 2007and 2010 surveys a direct question was asked: "Did you ever need to pay/give a bribe in the land registry office?”. Only a smallpercentage of respondents (3.2% in 2007 and4.3% in 2010) answered in the affirmative. The respondents who gave the bribe in mostcases believe that bribery is part of the system o fland administration. Close to one-half of respondents (45.5%) stated thatcompared to three years ago they feel equally informed about the work of land administration. 41.4% of respondents indicate thatthey are 'better' and 'significantly better' informed now compared to the period three years ago, while 5.3% of respondents statethat they are 'somewhat' and 'significantly less' informed today compared to three years ago.Achieved.
