The Tamil Nadu Empowerment and Poverty Reduction Project will support Government of Tamil Nadu (G0TN's) strategy for reducing poverty among the rural poor and other vulnerable groups. Objetivo de desarrollo

The project development objective would be to empower the poor and improve livelihoods through: (a) developing and strengthening pro-poor local institutions/groups (including Village Panchayats); (b) building skills and capacities of the poor; and (c) financing productive demand-driven sub-project investments.
